They sent me an applicaiton for a credit card with a credit limit of 15,000 I sent them the $43.00 I requested to get it back and have not received it yet ripoff

I sent the $43. Oo to get this credit card wiht $15,000 credit limit. It says that if you are not fully satisfied that you can get you money back.

I sent to get my monet back and have not received anything yet. I have contacted my lawyer and I am taking this company to small claimes court.
