Put forced homeowners insurance in place and charged $4,000 cost even though notified in writing multiple times by actual insurance company.
I called and confirmed that they received notice from my insurance company.
They just want to charge $4,000 for annual insurance that 1) costs $600, and 2) is already in place.
They do it by sending letters that you have no insurance in place, and then not responding to letters back.
They ignore phone confirmations. They make your insurance company repeatedly send written notice of coverage to them, but they fail to acknowledge it.
They tack on thousands of extra dollars to your loan for the "forced insurance" and make it impossible to get it removed.
