I was contacted by this Company several times to apply for a credit card to establish credit. I applied on line. The Company contacted me by phone for more information and at that time I asked them specifically if this was a regular credit card and they told me "Yes" I could use it anywhere. Later, after them takeing $200.00 from my checking account I found out that this was a catalog or internet card only. I had told them in the very beginning that if it wasn't a regular credit card "I was not interested." They assured me at that time it was a regular credit card and when I received the Acceptance Letter I found out it was specifically for catalog and internet use ONLY. Therefore I feel they are misleading and only trying to gain monies by misrepresentation of their credit line. When I contascted them by phone to question about the 35% down to receive a $2000.00 credit line they acted totally confused and said "It says what it says on the acceptance letter." Refused to refund my money when I told them I did not want the card.
