Hello Everyone. I went online tonight after getting off work to check my bank account and low and behold what do I see. You guessed it a withdrawal on my account made today of 149.95 for usa credit not to mention another withdrawal from another company the previous day to whom I can not find out there name YET! I then decided to call my bank however they are closed at this hour. So I got back online and decided to research this company and how they received my bank info. I came across this website and was just in shock the whole time I am reading.
First of all, I just opened my checking account and received my first set of checks about 5 days ago. How they got my information is beyond me. I plan to call them tomorrow and if nothing becomes of it I will call my bank and if still nothing becomes of it I will file a police report.
The reason for me writing is that I found a whole lot of information about this company that I figured might come in handy. I am a good private eye since I am a Debt Collector myself and know all the websites to go to and search down anything.
This company has SEVERAL aliases and phone numbers. I believe the mailaing address, website, phone number and fax number I provided above - this is the information that they give on their website (which was not easy to find).

I feel the more information that we know about these people and this so called company will all help us overcome them. If I find out anymore I will definetly share.
I hope this information helps, heck, I hope it helps me sine it has not even been 24 hours since the charge is on my account as a "HOLD" not sure if they are going to turn it down (I hope) but if not I will have to go through this long process. Bad thing is I just submitted all my information to HR at work to have Direct Deposit switched over to this account. If this happens then they will surely make all my bills bounce. I hope I can get it straight and have my bank on alert that no one shall access my account unless by check or atm card from now on and hope that they can be on alert from now on.
