Giving me three options to pay off Fingerhut from April 16,1997 over 10yrs old you got to be kidding i know if i had paid off all my debts to fingerhut many many yrs ago Ripoff

I receive a Personal & Confidential billing from RJM Acquisitions Funding LLC giving me Three Opportunities to pay this off stating that RJM has purchased the account from Fingerhut. I know that I have Paid all my debts to everyone. Do I Truly feel this is a SCAM to collect from people who want to keep there credit clean if i had such a debt why wait 10yrs to try and collect it...
