Ripoff Uncooperative Deceitful FRAUDS!

A couple of months back I applied for a much-need loan from CashCall. I was apparently "pre-approved" for $5,000 after they ran a check on my credit. The stated they needed additional documentation in order to proceed. I submitted everything they wanted, to include, Driver's Lic info, recent paystub/bank statement, etc. I must have faxed them at least 3 times in one day to get them everything they needed. I have no issues with my documentation, short of having had a few financial issues several years ago, I am financially stable with a decent credit history. I felt confident that I would get approved with no issues. WRONG!!! After making several attempts to reach my loan rep to find out the status of my loan, he stated that my loan had been denied because of information found on my Experian credit report (based on findings by their Fraud Dept). I was confused by all this and asked for more information. I was told he could not elaborate but he did manage to say that I would receive a letter explaining this within the next 30 days and that I could reapply for another loan after 30 days as well. He further stated that apparently another identity was actively using my information. I immediately panicked & contacted the SS Administration, the credit bureaus, etc. They all stated there were no odd findings and placed alerts on my information.

Over two months passed and I never got any letter from CashCall! I decided to reapply and went through the exact same thing, with the exception of being only approved for $2600!!! Short of asking me to submit my DNA, I gave them ALL the documentation they asked for and they still denied me with the excuse that multiple identities had been identified. This time I was furious and I requested to speak with a supervisor. They gave me a RUDE, COMPLETE RUNAROUND and finally I spoke with a "Kevin" who stated that their decision was final and there was no one I could talk to about the matter - oh, and of course, to wait for the letter that explains the reasons for their decision. I requested that he immediately tell me the reasons why or I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau and my local District Attorney's Office. I made this statement because I got the impression that all they wanted was my personal information to use for illegal purposes. I mean how much information/paperwork do you have to submit to qualify for loan and then have them deny you with for no legitimate reason???!!

Needless to say, I requested copies of all my credit reports, etc. And I came to find that my name was mispelled on a couple of entries (yet obviously clear it's a mispelling) and thus the reason for CashCall's denial on both my loans. Even monkeys could figure out those were mispellings, not separate/multiple identities! In retrospect, I am glad they denied me the loans because I would not want them to make a single red cent in interest from me after they handle themselves in such a poor manner!!! They are not service-oriented and their commercials give you a false sense that they are there to help you in times of financial need. What a load of bs!!!
