Last May I checked my Experian credit report, because it was free. I then started to see a fee in my on line banking.
After seeing the fee 2 or 3 months in a row I started to question the where abouts of such fee. All my regular billing facilities had no recolection of this fee. I must have over-looked this fee for a couple months when I noticed it was still there some 6 mo later. I started to research this CIC Triple Advantage only to learn that this a repetative proceedure for them.
I then learned of a number in which I called and spoke to a representative. They had said I agreed to a " monthly monitoring". No. I agreed to a free credit report. That was it!
Now, for 10 mo I have been donating $12.00 a month to a rip off artist.
Is there anything that can be done so this does not happen again to me or any one else!
