Ripoff unsecured loan company charging 60% interest on the loan

I took out an unsecured loan with this company. They are charging over 60% interest on this loan. This is illegal. I would like to know if there is anything that is goin to be done about this? I want to know if there are any lawsuits being brought against this company?
