This company is using false titles to intimidate consumers. I have received several calls at my place of employment and the agency claims to be an attorneys office and they want me to pay on a debt before they take me to court. They claim if I pay they will hold off court procedings. First off, they will not tell me who the company is they are collecting for or what the debt is. I did a google search of this company and this is a collection agency not a attorney's office. That is fradulant representation. I am not about to give out money to someone who will not tell me who they are or what I am paying them for. I have asked for no more calls at my work and they continue to call and still give no information. I am not sure if I can file a complaint with the FTC or who??? They only contact me at work and never at my home and I have given them that number. Looking for help from anyone who may have dealt with them or any agency that does this to consumers who want to know who they are giving financial information to.
