Is DECEIVING once you buy into it they want allot more money than the commercial informs you about! Smc.com

I am a single mom. At the time I looked into SMC I was a full-time college student working a part-time job. I wanted to work at home so I could spend more time with my daughter and make more money than working part-time at a feed store.

I bought into SMC I was told that I got a special deal with my own website. I was told that I could cancel at any time I was told that I could get my money back if I cancelled before thirty days I was NOT told that I was obligated to pay every payment for 11 months if I didn't get out before the thirty days.

I finally got a call from my coach after a week when I did I found out that my so called website was only a small amout of items not the all of the items. He wanted me to buy a bigger package that was around 900 dollars even to go as far as borrowing the money to do it. This was after I told him my situation.

He talked me into a package of about 125 dollars them about three days later I realized this was a total rip off and I better cancel everything before I loose my shirt. I started calling and couldn't get through to a person. I started writing to the customer service asking to cancel my membership and I would copy every letter to make sure I has some record.

I sent back my stupid start up kit and had to copy the post office receipt to prove that I sent it. This company is all about trust. Finally they cancelled my account and refunded my money but remember my 125 dollars well about 65 of that was gift certificits and they said they were non refundable.

They were delivered UPS I refused the package never opened it and sent it back how can they not give me back every cent of my money. I'm surprised they cancelled my membership because they were trying to ignore me so I would go past the thirty days until I told them I was coping all the letters I had been writing with the dates.

So just because good Ole Mr. C from Happy Days is on their commercial doesn't mean they are worth a flip. I am so tired of companies that want to H E L P us people H E L P ourselves by taking our money.
