Mortgage) sold my mortgage to ocwen in august.
My first payment was due on sept 1st. I mailed my
Payment and the following months' payment as scheduled.
In december i received a letter stating i was two months
Behind. I replied with proof of payment.
In january they would not accept my payment. Then the
Nightmare began! They immediately started foreclosure.
I employed a company (foreclosure results, which i found
On the web) to help me negotigate.
After months of going back and forth between the two
Companies ocwen sent me a forebearance agreement with
Impossible outlandish payments they knew i could not
Afford.
Two days before the sale date of my home i desperately
Found an attorney so i could file bankrupty to try and
Save my home which has been in our family since 1936.
My strongest suggestion to anyone dealing with ocwen bank
Is to seek legal advice immediately!
It is cheaper in the long run and will save you many
Tears and sleepless nights.
These people and their attorneys are "professionals" at
What they do and taking your home is their main
Objective.
If i had gone to my attorney at the start he would of
Helped me refinance my home and gotten ocwen out of my
Life.
As it stands now i will be tied up in bankrupty and with
Ocwen for the next five years. I shutter to think what
They will try to do to me next.
I have tried to contact foreclosure results to inform
Them of what has happened to me.
They are no longer on the web and the phone is only
Answered by machine. (makes me wonder what the
Connection is there?)
