Placed order on October 25th. Received e-mail 12 days later stating they received my cashier's check for $2575.00 for 3.5 million Iraqi dinar. Said I would receive order in 1-2 weeks.
Did not receive order so I e-mailed them. Got no response. Called them on phone and was told they were backed up with orders and would ship the following week. Did not receive the next week so called them again and again each week. Every time was given one excuse after another and was told they would send a note to the shipping department to speed up my shipment.
I e-mailed them twice more requesting an immediate shipment of my dinars or my money returned to me. I still received nothing! I called them again on 12-18 (ten days ago) and asked for a total refund and was told it would be issued in the next couple days. After over nine weeks of waiting I have not received my dinars or my money back!
They are doing business under the name United World Exchange, Inc. Their old address was 30 South Wacker Drive, Suite 2200, Chicago, IL. Their new location is 700 Commerce Drive, Suite 500, Oak Brook, Illinois 60523. They have multiple websites including UNdinar.com and USDinar.com. Their phone number is 1-800-609-3413. The owner is Samir Tayeh.
I would like to get my hard earned money back!!!
