Cashing checks twice, once by ACH transaction, then by using Electronic Checking

CPRS is a contract company collecting returned checks for businesses. They collect the check using ACH Transaction with the consumers bank then they go back later and collect the ammount again using Electronic Debit. They have done this to me twice and my bank is working with me to resolve it with them.

If others are having the same problem with them I would love to see a class action suit started. I also advised the business that is contracted with them that this is going on. I will be sending them copies of all of my bank paperwork to prove my claim.
