To all affected by dishonest, ruthless, unethical, deceitful and lying companies... Check over your paperwork. Get a pat and have it by the phone!!! WITH EVERY unknown call or one that you recognize that has to do with your paperwork, DO NOT ANSWER WITH YOUR VOICE... But do pick up the phone so there becomes a phone record that they have called you and record the time and date plus the name and number on your pad.
if you work so you aren't home during the day... Record those numbers time and date. Does no good to try reasoning with them. BE SURE you KNOW what your paperwork says from top to bottom. Get copies of it. On one of your COPIES mark what you did not agree to that you knew of. ASK THEM for copies of paperwork and any policies they have on your home. They might be getting you to pay for life insurance on your home owner.
