These people seem very legitimate at first offering to help you with financial difficulties. Their web site and loan documents all look good. They convince you that since your credit is not good the private investors securing the loan want a good faith commitment of 4 payments up front. After being turned down over and over this does not sound so bad. Unfortunately they are not trying to help only steal your money making your situation worse.
After doing what they ask and sending the money and signed contracts they try to renegotiate stating there were some discrepancies and the lender is requesting more up front payments. When you tell them you wish to cancel you then get a run around about getting a refund. I don't know that I ever will get my money back.
I am a single mother struggling to recover from divorce and this offer really seemed like a blessing to help with some emergency expenses and to pay off some bills but now I am much worse off than before and right at Christmas time too. This really makes me feel like you just can't trust anyone anymore. I am posting this to try to prevent these people from hurting any more innocent stuggling people out there.
