I subscribed to a "free" credit report from Experian.By the time I was through subscribing to a 30 day "free" trial period, they had charged me $92.57. When I viewed my report, I would get a message that my session had expired, and I had to go back again. I was supposed to be able to "view this report free until Dec. 18
There were four separate charges. When I called 1-866-673-0140 the person I talked to hung up on me. This was Nov. 20. I called back again and the person told me that I had ordered this report twice, and she didn't know about the other two charges, that I would have to dispute this, and basically ran me around in circles.
I have been getting emails from these people thanking me for using their services, and when I email them back and tell them that I want my money back they email me and tell me to call the same number (1866-673-0140) that I had called to begin with. A Jennifer P. And a Moe A. Are names of people that have emailed me.
