Unauthorized charge on my creditcard

I simply check my banking account and noticed that $19.95 billed to my charge card. I named 1 800-475-1942, talked to some customer support representative. She could not describe the things they provide etc. And all I had been ready to complete was stop my "so-called consideration", they claim i produced or used. Somebody should do anything about that organization conning people.
