Charge for what i dont have. I cancelld yet they are still sending me satement

I applied for somethings but i paid them off yet they keep sending bills. I think i dont own them, anyway i cancel when i paid & have not got other item from them, bedsides i think i overpaid them. Well i hope u can help me i have my account # if u want it thank u
