Global Net Warehouse
Direct Wholesale Solutions, Steve Lawrence, Jerry Panic ripoff, scammed us for $13,500 they closed or dismissed the company without letting us know and not paying us back

My wife and I were hoping to make some extra money with online webpage, through Global Net Warehouse. We were promised and quaranteed that every penny would be refunded after a year of business if we were dissatisfied and/or did not make our money of $12,500 plus $1,000 (for stamps) back after a full year. We kept in touch with Global's representives throughout this year and to find out of a possible scam with our refund.

My wife has a disability and can not type very long without getting severe pain. We realized that she could not handle this task with the website maintenance plus, we did not sell one item (only to ourselfves when we first signed up).

We tried but it did not work. Now, we find out that other pleople was also having problems with the company and now we hear that Global Net Warehouse has been sold to Direct Wholesale Solutions. We do not know what to do. When we dial the nmber 1-877-4009899 it was answ3ered by a fellow named Josh that works with Direct Wholesale Solutions. Basically he said that he would be glad to help continue the Website for a monthly fee and would waive the initaial setup fee.

We were scammed once a year ago and now the company that takes over wants more money from us. I think not, besides they said sorry about your $13,000 (dollars). But they would be glad to take more monies from us. I said, that wouldn't help because my wife can not do the work and I know nothing about doing the work. Josh was suppose to call back but didn't call back of course.

We had sent numerous e-mails to global this last 2 months but they would not get back to us. I talked to Steve Lawrence June06 and even then he assured us that we would get our money back after the year deadline. Steve Lawrence is now working for Direct Wholesale Solutions.

The Person that sold us this deal was Jerry Panic. He said he was 26 and he's going to be a Milllionaire in 2 years from working with Global Warehouse Network. Well, we found out also that Jerry no longer works for Global nor the Direct Warehouse Solutions. Can we be helped in any way.
