Ripoff fraudulant loans

I was looking for a loan and these guys emailed me and started doing business with me. Then when they said I needed to pay the ins. For the loan I sent it to them then when payment was recieved they added another charge to the loan and at that point I said I didn't want to do the loan anylonger and they said that they would return the money in 3 weeks well no money and the now expired phone number I cannot get in touch with anyone
