My husband has his paycheck direct deposited into our account every 2 weeks. I will check on Fri. Am to make use the money is available. When I see that the funds are available, I will go to the bank and withdrawal the amount that I need to pay some bills. Then on Sat. I will check the account again and find that they have charged me NSF for the amount that they gave me at the bank and was available.
This is outragous! I have tried to speak with them about this and they are rude. We are hard working people and can not afford to pay these fees for money that is in our account.
We also have what is supposed to be a free checking account, and by no means is it free. Every month there is a service fee on my bank statement.
My sister has had the same problems with Compass in Ocala, FL.
We are closing our account to open one with a credit union.
