Russ Dalbey Winning In The Cashflow Business
Ripoff

I ordered the Winning in the Cashflow Business course. After receiving the course I was really excited so I went through the materials. I received a mailer shortly there after offering a free $295 value if I called a certain number. I called the number and I was told that they knew nothing about the mailer and the $295. Offer. Immediately they tried to get me set up in their Protege program. Teh cost I was given was $5,995. WHen I bulked and told them that I was not completely sure about the program, they immediately reduced this rate to $2,995. The only difference would be the personal coaching times. When I told them that I did not have that kind of money right now, they offered no payment plan and then hung up on me. When I went on the leads page of their web-site (which I was told to go to) Russ was offering a program for 12 people to their elite program at no cost to me. I thought it sounded too good and I was right. When I called I was told that this is not a program designed for me and that I needed ot go through the books. I was then told to call 888-499-7064. Then I saw your site and began to understand their lack of follow through and really wanting to help. So I emailed to cancel. Rachel called me and told me that she would extend my 30 days for another 30 days so I can really try this program. Then Brad Gebben called me and scolded me. He told me that I should have called him, because he was assigned to me. So I agreed to the extention, (mistake #1). When I called back after reading the materials and asked for Brad I was refuced to be sent to him. So I emailed brad @ [email protected] Brad again scolded me and told me that any one who answers can take care of my concerns and that I did not have to talk with him. He refuced to call me back during the many hours thta I offered to wait for his call. So his first call to me begging me to utilize only him if I have a problem, was a lie. SO I emailed Russ Dalbey to let him in on what is going on. After three weeks Russ has not emailed me or called me. Now I know why his people are so rude and make empty promises, because htey follow the leader well.

Today I emailed Brad and Rachel to cancel my program. Rachel emailed me back and instructed for me to call the 888-499-7064 number. When I did I got a very Rude Steve person that kept blaming me and always interrupting me when I spoke. When I brought it up to him of the rudeness of his actions, he notified me that he had no intentions on improving things. He said thta he will interrupt any time he wishes, another very professional approach.

Now I have to send the materials back to HMSS Receiving5000 Lima StreetDenver, CO 80235 and they provided me a 9 digit number for the return. They said if everything is in order they will process a refund. This can take 7 to 10 days after they received the information. I will be sending it UPS signature required for proof of delivery.

I do believe that my hassles are not over yet and that I will have to fight for my moeny back.

This company is just after taking your money and providing no service for taking that money. Their manuals are slim and offer very little information about this business and how to become rich or even how to make money doing this business. I would recommend others to go elsewhere for their information, unless they have allot of money to waste.
