Ripoff fradulent billing rude dishonest

This company started late fees and change in interest rates right from the start. They would change the due date to where the payment was late every month. When we would call they were rude and tried very hard to confuse me so i would be convinced of their munipulation. When asked not to call my place of work. They would continue to call.
