Tried to charge my account 149.95 without my consent. Ripoff Internet

USA Credit tried to charge my account 149.95. My bank would not accept the charge, but I was charged a fee. I did not apply for any credit card with this company. I hope something is done about this company for the rip-offs. This is not right.
