I received a house equity mortgage from Aegis 6 months before, plus they subcontracted Dovenmuehle Mortgage in Schaumberg, Illinois. Following a month, the mortgage was purchased by First Horizon. I acquired a notice from FH, telling me to stop payments to Dovenmuehle. I named Dovenmuehle, plus they repetition. Established the mortgage have been offered. I started consistently making funds to my new bank, whenever a month later, I received another bill from Dovenmuehle. Right after that, I began receiving intimidating, unpleasant calls from Dovenmuehle collection division. They declined to hear cause. I named again and again to Dovenmuehle, and was handed in one individual to another, with no chance. I subsequently observed a late-payment report on my credit history! I named the brand new lendor, First Horizon, and conferenced them directly into a repetition. From Dovenmuehle. The Dovenmuehle repetition. Finnally decided I no further have to spend Dovenmuehle, and guaranteed to prevent payment me, quit the selection calls, and change my
negative credit history. None of the occurred. I published a registered letter, and although I've proof they received it, I received no reaction to the concerns within the letter. The expenses keep arriving, month after month, and today my credit score is down the pipes. I attempted to re finance my house to obtain a greater price, but was rejected due to Dovenmuehleis screw-up. After I attempt to contact the Leader, Bill Mynatt, or even the VP, David Allison, they WOn't place the phone call through. I've had a great credit score all my entire life, which inexperienced organization has destroyed it. I'm embarrassed, annoyed, and dropping sleep-over this, and that I donot understand what otherwise I will do. I suppose I've no option but to obtain a lawyer concerned.
