H.P.R. Contact Delivery Services mailed a guaranteed winnings certificate with a reported fee of $19.99 to claim the prize. I paid the processing fee.
After never receiving any money, I've written 2 inquiries asking for a full refund. On the back of the certificate it clearly states "If not satisfied... You may request a refund in writing w/in 60 days."
It also stated to write the letters "DNM", meaning "do not mail" next to my name & address, if I do not wish to receive any further mailings. Which I did, & yet I still continue to receive this junk mail.
