Carla jewel consistantly bugged me after purchasing a $199.00 micro ad (splash page) to purchase the so called, "real money maker", a microsite for a minimum of $5,000! (by the way the micro ad as never worked properly either. It doesn't even have a description or any keywords). She was horribly persistant and guarenteed satisfaction!
After finally breaking down and giving her my credit card, she stopped calling. Many attemps from me to find out information about my microsite was in vain! The most commonly said explanation was that it was in the process of being tested and completed.
It has been 3 months and i still have no microsite! How do you sell someone something that just never exists?) there have been more attempts from other salespeople to purchase even more microsites.
One man in particular would not leave me alone. His name is marc mearin and he promised that if i purchased another microsite from him that all my sites would be up and running and making money.
After discussing it with my husband, who thought i was absolutely crazy to even consider pruchasing another site from this rip off company, i decided not to make the same mistake again but come to find out they already took another $4,000!
This time i had not approved the transaction! We quickly called the company and insisted they refund the $4,000 that they took without confirmation. We are waiting to see if that happens before persuing that further. We are going through the credit card company to retreive payment for the first microsite i purchased. It was fradulently sold to me as it has never existed. There was no fullfillment!
We will issue a warrent in dept if they do not comply. We won't stop even if it means going to court! This kind of fradulent behavior needs to be stopped!
