Write your letter addressed to the company President and also their legal counsel. You can look up that information by using databases from your local library, Business and Company resources, sometimes you even find direct numbers. Tell them to stop calling you and only contact you by mail. I got 29 calls from them in one day but not anymore. DEmand that they remove fees you think should not be there and explain why. Anything they tell you get it in writing.
