Ripoff - Taking Advantage of Innocent Consumers rip off scam con artists

My husband received a letter stating he was intitled to a credit card with a limit of $15,000. Both of us thought this would be a great way of re-establishing our credit. I sent a check to them in the amount of $37.00. Two week later we received this so called credit card with their catalog. What a ripoff!!! Now were out $37.00 with no credit card.
