Ripoff Refused cancellation of services and refused a stop payment

I called first American to cancel my order for their Grant package last friday. They told me a representative would get back to me today Monday July 17. I called them instead and they told me to wait for the representative to call me. The representative did call me 1 hour later and I said I wanted to cancel my order for their grants package. He said the order would not be cancelled and i would stil be charged the 299 dollar fee. As of right now the payment is still scheduled to go through on the 19th. Can anyone help me get any kind of info to give to my bank so I can stop this charge from happening? My bank said I would need a routing number that they use and full name of the financial institution that they use.
