I cancelled a magazine, PCPHOTO because it sucked. I wrote cancel on each and every bill and returned them - about 4 or 5 times. I kept getting bills. I even call the magazine to cancel. Then I started getting collection letters from North Shore Agency. I called the number and the only options there are to pay the bill, the bill is already paid, or I never got the magazine - my problem is not addresses.
When I hit 0 for operator the machine said my they cannot resolve my issue and hung up on me - after some long CYA recording. I tried calling them and they say no one is ever there to help me and I left voicemails there - never returned.
This company only collects and wants to collect thru harrasment. They figure for $14 people will pay rather than go through all this trouble. I will never buy PCPHOTO ever again - they suck for sending this to collection... They won't let a subsriber ever leave...
