The Bank Of The West
Charged my accoutn for a nsf check for $700 that was not mine, then refused to pay my nsf i had with other companies

My bank was commercial federal recently changed to the bank of the west. When that happend they said i cashed a check for $700 that was nsf. I never did and by time they figured that out my accoutn was over $200 and i had $75 in nsf with other companies. After bank of the west figured out that it was not my check and fixed my accunt they refsued to pay me back all the nsf i had since i had checks comming through my account.
