Ripoff

I was approved for a personal loan with Berkley Financial Group. A collateral payment of $890 was required to complete the loan process.

Once I submitted the $890 payment I was contacted the next day and told I need to submit another $890. I refused and requested a refund.

I was told the refund would be electronically deposited in my checking account on 6/9/06. Today's date is 6/12/06 and the money is not in my account.

Furthermore, the phone number I had been contacting the company with now just says, "Thank you. Good-bye" and disconnects when you call.
