Chase Cahsbuilder card program failed to issue a check to me for cahs rewards. They alternatively stated that my rewards had expired and then later in the conversation stated that a check had already been issued.
I requested a reissued check.
That request was sent to "research" which told me that the would re-issue in 4-6 weeks.
5 weeks later I called and was told that a check had been posted 5/12.
6/2 I called and was told that a STOP PAYMENT had been ordered by me on 5/12 on the second check.
Today 6/2 I was told to stop bothering them and they woudl refer me back fpor more research (oh god no! Not more research!)
What is needed to get these companies to have some integrity???
