I too have been harrassed by these people. My persons name was DICK and he fit the name to a T. Not only did he threaten me but he called my employer and my co-workers for information on me. I was lucky I had a lawyer friend write them a very long letter informing them of all the laws they've broken in the state of CA. He was also informed that if he continues to call and threaten he would be sued for for all the laws that were broken. The calls finllay stopped but it was only after that letter was faxed to him. I had tried to stop the calls myself by saying I can't receive calls at work and I wrote a formal letter requesting it to stop but that just made it worse. There are laws and these bone heads need to remember that.
