These people tell you that they stand behind all their guarantees but they don't they never sent me my Starter Kit when it was supposed to have been sent which should have taken at least 4 weeks and to me that is still a very long time.
When I emailed mailmax about my order each time they would say your order has been shipped. Never let me know anything else. When I emailed them again about my order and that I wanted to cancel they just emailed me back saying to go to this other website to print out these forms.
The forms that you print out is stating merely that you have to turn the kit back in along with these stupid forms in order to get your refund. Well as you can see I haven't even recieved the stupid kit. So there goes my refund.
I don't know what else to do but go to the Better Business Bureau. That is my next step. I hope others don't make the same mistake I did. Need extra money work a second job. That is always the safe way to go.
