Apple Fast Cash Personal Loans
Ripoff overcharging unauthorized account debits fraudulent claims

I borrowed $450 from Apply Fast cash Loans with a finance charge of $100.29. Leaving a total repayment of $550.29, which I agreed upon. They have thus far withdrawn $988.21 from my account. I have spoken with the accounts payable department who now claims they are justified under contract.

I have review the contract and see no indication of such agreement. As of now they claim that the debits made were placed against the APR and that I still owe them a significant amount of money. I have contacted my bank and filed a dispute but does not solve my problem of their claim that I still owe them over $300.
