Thank you so much rip off report. Without this site i would have been bamboozled by those rude idiots at edp reporting.
If they read this how can you all sleep at night knowing you all are jeopardizing the financial well being of tax paying citizen? The character of your company is offensive and you all have the nerve to state you provide excellent customer service.
As soon as i went into my bank and showed them the "refund form" you all faxed me they knew you all were frauds.
So to the evil employees of edp reporting thank god you didnt make a commission off of my hard earned money and to the foolish cruel hearted rick who hung up on me, i told you i was going t get my money back; and to the silent jasmine, get a new job if you want to keep your self respect.
To all others who have been mistreated and whose information has been misused by this company let's take a stand. Don't sit back and let them fool you out of your money because that's what they expect. Once they give you the run around they want you to forget about it. But i want to aid in shutting this company down because i still had to miss 5 hrs of work just to take care of a situation that should not have been a situation in the first place.
Lets make them pay for their lies and fraudulent activity.
