Cross Country Bank
Ripoff did not send me a new card when mine expired, then wanted a copy of my bank statement for proof of address

My credit card expired on 12 when i called i was

Told a card would be sent out to me in 7 to 10 days. When

I did not receive it and called back i was told they

Needed a copy of my bank statement for proof of address.

They have my address to send me their bill every month,

And i have never been late for a payment. I also tried to

Make a internet payment and they would not except my

Password so when i called they accepted my payment for a

5 dollar charge. They also charged me an annual fee for a

Card that i did not have. I could go on and on. This

Company is a rip-off and something has to be done.
