I cant possibly fit everything into this little box... in a nutshell, its a bait-and-switch scam, its ridiculously hard to get ahold of anyone, and they are VERY POOR about returning phone calls, even after leaving multiple messages daily, they shift you around from person to person and ignore you if they dont want to hear what you have to say, also can be rude. After costing me ridiculous amounts of money, and stress for a year, and settling one of my accounts for MUCH more than was quoted to me and in a much longer timeframe, I told them to stop working on my other accounts (they were doing more harm than good) and even though they are HORRIBLE, I would settle for a PARTIAL refund to be fair and call it even. Now they wont return phone calls, emails, and basically told me I'm SOL.
I'm only looking for a $300 refund of my total $600 fee, even though they had cost me thousands in $ and more in stress. What makes it worse, is that I was able to take care of my last account in ONE phone call. Thank God I didnt get in quite as far as some of the other people here, I really hope we can get this "settled".
