I wired Cash Cards International by bank transfer the sum of $232 for "V-Cash" credits to set up a debit card issued by Cash Cards International. The company refuses to respond to my e-mails or faxes to acknowledge receipt of the money. Cash Cards International has a prior record of complaints filed with the BBB.
