Ripoff Took completely advantage of me. Dishonest ripoffs

I was taken advantage, stating if I sent in 48.00 I was approved for a credit card. I applied for the credit card to build up my credit. I tried to phone First National a couple of times but never got an answer. Therefore I pulled up the company on the internet and then realized they were nothing but a scam. However now I want help to retrieve my money back and to put them scam artist away. Thanks!
