My Son is in the Military and when he got his first computer he got online thinking that this company was good, he started to fill out information to join, then having second thoughts he tried to cancel out of it and could not. I telephoned this company as they took 199.99 out of mine and my son's checking account. They said that they could cancel the membership but the 199.99 would not be refunded. This is totally wrong and I think that there must be someway to get these people to pay this money back. I Spoke with a man supposedly a supervisor by the name of Lyle Lyddon.
