Urgh! After two years of completely clearing my credit - bang a collection account from some company named Palisades Collection. Of course (like everyone else) my report says for ATT Wireless. A little hard since I have been on a Cingular Family talk plan with (my family of course) FOREVER. Wtf. I have filed disputes with all three bureaus. Being I work in finance I have access to all sorts of information. After reading all the stuff listed on this site I realized (much to my dismay) that I am NOT the only victim. I am filing with everyone. The credit bureaus, the state attorney general, the fraud division of the FBI and whoever else will listen. I am also notifing the "company" in writing (via certifed letter) that I want proof of this alleged account including my original servcie contract with my signature. Completely bogus and something needs to be done!!!
