Ripoff, fraudulent, fake approval application

I applied for the 5,000 credit line and paid $43.00 for the express processing and have not gotten a reply after 3 weeks. I called the 1-800 information line to get the phone number since the number is not listed on the application. The Answering service continues to say that they are not available and to call back during their normal buisness hours. I have been calling during the normal buisness hours and receive the same message over and over. I can't even get to a customer rep to even discuss the money they took from me. EricWatertown, New York
