I recieved a letter with sensitive mail stamped on the front along with instructions to " open immidiately and read: This Mail Contains Sensitive Corrospondence." As I read the letter it described to me that I was required to send $11.89 for the opportunity to win $1,000, 000.00 payable in 2 options of $555,000.00 or 30 payments of $33,334.00 totaling $1,000, 000.00. Reference # is 818429885 with a tracking # of F02890036176. This letter makes it sound as though i must send in the required $11.89 in order to be elegable for the grand prize drawing and to recieve for my hard earned money a consumer discount booklet worth $2500.00. Plus i must send back the entire form. Although it says on the form that there will be no taxes withheld on the full prize amount, they are implying that you will recieve a little more than half of the entire millin dollar prize.
