I tried to conatact First Consumers Bank about my account November. The phone number listed is no good. I went on the web site to find a number it gave me 1-503-520-8200 contacted them about my account. They said they cannot locate an account for me. I explaned to them I had an old account they checked again said nothing. So I asked them to notify the credit bureau and have it removed, they said I need to file a dispute and when it is filed they will remove it. Didn't happen, credit bureau say they notified them they said I owe them $1100.00 again not correct. Credit limit was only $400.00 paid them $295.00 lost my job got behind then I tried to call company and pay off was told "can't find account, don't owe anything" I don't no what else to do. Credit bureau want delete, First Consumers want delete. Either I DO or I Don't
