This new credit card offered by paypal has a new system, they make you choose a different payment date which is extremely confusing it can't be the same one every month, therefore you end up collecting like in my case $35 late charges every month. ALl of these fees are just stacking up against my fees.
When you try to call them you end up somewhere in India where all their 'customer assistant' businesss is been re-routed for this bogus operation to save more money. There is no way to make sense with their bad English or get any answers from these people that have no no control over there in Bombay or wherever this is being sent overseas.
