I have worked for this company and everything I am telling you is true. I am very angry because of the threats that have been made to me & lies I was forced to tell.
All of their employees are FORCED to lie to all clients / borrrowers about their interest rate, about the payment that they will have and that there are no closing costs. ALL LIES! They take on a few hundred dollars here & a few hundred dollars there, and you will never see on the loan docs whe nyou sign. Also, You are'nt paying this great 1% interest rate on your loan. And it is NOT FIXED! There is a catch! Finance West employees have been fired for telling the truth to borrowers & for not selling the 1% option. Many people wabt a 30yr fixed, not a negative amoratization! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They will kep your social security number & run credit on it without your conscent! DO not sign with them! Do not fall into the lies! Lenders BEWARE! They also fradulate CPA letters, sign off on things with made up signatures & put phony funds in borrowers bank. Beware! Also... Those lil cards in the mail that say "last chance" 1%.. Hurry now with all the annoying colors on them —THATS THEM! Dont call!!
