Charter One Bank shut our balances of 11 years with absolutelly no given cause. They're providing us 7 business days to create "option banking plans". The amount of cash within the 3 records is substantial. I've never returned a check, never went bellow the "restriction", never complained about something. I initially opend the bank account with Freedom Federal Lender which was purchased out by Charter One.
I've gotten 3 characters telling me that "Constitution you have chosen to stop its account connection together with your business by final account (s)." within the last section it says that"you're advised that pursuant towards the conditions of the Contract, Constitution One is under no-obligation to reveal for you its good reasons for shutting the Consideration (s)."
Given, they may have no legal responsibility, what about a meaningful one? I've had these balances start for 11 years, one of these was my boy's checking account. I also provide a charge card together and an equity credit line on my house. They did inform me that they can mail-me a cashier's check addressing the total amount.
I visited the financial institution and also the support representative advised me that she'd no concept why that is occurring. My partner named the telephone number provided and also the person who responded stated they don't need to reveal why.
We've no ideea why it has occurred.
They'venot robbed people of cash however, but hey did rob us of SELF-ESTEEM!
